Due to the lack of a function that ensures that form elements are placed nicely
inside their cells - one has to manually position all form elements. When one
does this, however, and attempt to copy/paste these form elements elsewhere,
they lose their position.
Option button in B4 has been manually fitted, B6 is the copy/pasted version of
it.
