If NO list STYLE is used, it is not possible to continue numerring in lists
like these:
1. xxx
2. xxx
- yyyy
- yyy
3. xxx
4. xxx
...
The number 3 is in fact numbered 1 and the command for continuing previuous
numering doesn't work correctly.
