Open a new Spredsheet
select 5 x 5 cells and assign a thin black border to all outer and inner lines
select one cell in the middle and change the color of all four borders to Light
Red without changing line style
only the left and upper line was changed
Expected behavior: all four border lines will change
Doing the same and change line style to 3pt changes all four borders
