Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Insert a table with multiple rows and columns (I use 2X2 to keep it simple).
2. Insert some text into each cell.
3. Select one row of cells.
4. Click on the table properties button.
5. Click on the Font tab and change the font size. (I used 8)
6. Now select all cells.
(at this point when I was going through the steps, my Impress crashed. I first
noticed this on an existing table, so you may need to save and reload to
replicate.)
7. Click on the table properties button.
8. Click on the Font tab and change the font size. (I used 48).
The characters in the table remained their original size and were not changed
to the new font size, 48.
OS: Windows Vista with an Intel processor.
I installed the latest version of OO and Java before duplicating.
