Summary: I cannot open v. 3.4 because file comphelp4MSC.dll is
missing. I re-installed and still have same problem. I
cannot open any of my Open Office files. HELP!

I downloaded 3.4 and installed it, could not open if because of a missing dll
file. Error message said re-installing might fix it. I re-installed, clicked on
"repair" button, and still cannot open the new version--or any of my old Open
Office files. The file that it missing is comphelp4MSC.dll. I need help!
