When saving a CSV from an imported Excel sheet which has three tables and with
the third table (Table 3) selected, it warns after saving "Only one table was
saved", but it does not save the currently selected one, which would be
logical, it saves the first table.
After saving the file as CSV, the window title changes to <filename>.csv, but
the it still shows all three tables, while a CSV only can have one. Excel does
the same, but it is not logical. Since the window content remains the same, the
window title must not change to *.csv.
