quickstart.exe also loads the main program soffice,exe. This causes a major
delay during system startup in that instead of just placing the Quickstarter
icon in the system tray, it also starts the main program. This did not happen
in ver. 3.3.0.
This happens both if I close Quickstarter and restart quickstart.exe OR if I do
not include Quickestarter in system startup and start quickstart.exe afterward
manually.
