When printing from normal view, calc does correctly print pages only from the
selected sheet.
Printing from page preview results in all pages from all sheets being printed,
regardless of what option the user selected. The preview pane shows that three
pages will be printed.
The screenshot attached shows a sample file that has three sheets, with one
page per sheet. Sheet 2 is currently selected.
