Found by automation test: Build Verification Test(BVT).
Build: trunk build r1355288.
Step:
1. New a presentation.
2. Insert a table.
Expected:
A table should be inserted and table toolbar should pop up automatically.
Actually:
A table was inserted, but table toolbar did not pop up.
If you clicked other place of the presentation and click the table again, table
toolbar will pop up automatically.
Only found on redhat. It is OK on ubuntu/mac/windows.
