HTML comes with a method to embed images into HTML sources
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Data_URI_scheme
The RTF/DOC/DOCX/ODT export from HTML is unfamously known to keep images as
separate file.
File PDF exports embeds them, office formats fail to do.

This hampers OOo adoption to re-use in other software packages

If OpenOffice could open import such HMTL files
