Summary: Bullets and numbering type can not be applied for all
paragraphs automatically when change type for one
paragraph in footer area in master view.

Aoo3.4.1 m1 (Build:9591) - Rev.1354891
Steps:
1. New a presentation document.
2. View->Master->Slide Master View.
3. Input 2 paragraphs text in footer area.
4. Apply one type of bullets and numbering for 2 paragraphs.
5. Right click on one paragraph (for example, paragraph 1), select "Bullets and
Numbering", select another bullets and numbering type.
Expected result:
Bullets and Numbering type of all paragraphs is changed to new type.
Defect:
Just current paragraph is applied with new number type.
Notes:
Please refer to the behaviors of MS PPT 2003 as expected results.
