The images show up when I open it on my computer, > however when emailing it to another computer or even copying it to a flash > the images do not transfer as embedded nor do they appear when the > presentation is opened on another computer. Does each image have to be sent > along with the presentation? I wouldn't imagine so. Images are stored inside the presentation file, if you choose to do so. When you insert an image, with the toolbar icon or from the menu "Insert" - "Picture" - "From file...", you have two check boxes: "Preview" (to show a preview of the file you select), and "Link"; if Link is checked, images won't be stored inside your file, they will be "linked". In this case, yes, when you send the file to another computer, links are lost, and the images are not displayed. Do you recall if you inserted the images as Links? You can check this with the menu "Edit" - "Links..." You'll find a dialog "Edit Links", it lists all the links in the presentation, and you can "Break Link", with this action, the link to the external image will be broken and the image will be embedded inside the file. If images are already embedded, but you don't see them in another computer, then this is a bug. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
