The bug occurs more often in below cases. * When the last session did not end properly. * When double clicked on an icon of slow/large file repeatedly. * When a file is opened right after closing another. * Or combination of all the above. As it's been reported. Even though no files or Qucikstarter is launched, a number of AOO processes are listed in Task Manager.
