Observed a deadlock when the presenter console is started (via F5, ie together
with the slideshow) on first office run after the office has been upgraded from
3.4 to 3.4.1.
To reproduce you need two screens or else the presenter console does not start.
Does occur probably also after office is installed for the first time, ie
without upgrade.
