Please rename it and try again. The user folder is located in Documents and Settings\<your account>\AppData\Roaming\OpenOffice.org\3\. It is a hidden folder, you might need to set the explorer to show hidden files. There have been some reports about crashes after update, but we could not find a pattern yet.
