Steps:
1. Launch Writer,new a document,input two paragraphs. Assign the first
paragraph to Heading 1 style and the second Heading 2 style.
2. Click "Insert->Indexes and Tables->Indexes and Tables..." to add TOC
3. Focus on any TOC entry, and "Ctrl+ Click"
Bug:
Jump function does not work, "Ctrl+Click" can't jump to corresponding content.
Note:
It can be reproduce in AOO 3.4.0 release build.
