1. Launch AOO and new a Spreadsheet.
2. Select Cell C1, select Data->Validity.
3. Click Input help tab on Validity dialog.
4. Check checkbox "Show input help when cell is selected" in Input Help tab.
5. Input "this is testing" in Input help edit box. OK.
6. Insert a new Row before first row.
7. Check new cell C1.
Defect:
Check new cell C1, it has validity automatically, which is unexpected.
