I use a debug build of trunk r1369786 on WinXP.
To reproduce the crash:
1. Take new writer document and write or insert some text.
2. Click in paragraph and open context menu and chose item "Numbering/Bullets".
3. Click on tab "Options" --> Crash
The crash occurs too, if a numbering style is already assigned to the
paragraph.
I get no debug message box and no debug window.
