Summary: Can not fill seires via drag&drop wihle there is any
filter applied in current sheet.

On OOO310m11, it works.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a spreadsheet file.
2. Input content(text or number) in a cell range. (e.g. A1:B4)
3. Create any filter under Data -> Filter to filter the data. (Some rows will
be hidden by the filter criteria).
4. Input a number in one blank cell. (e.g. input 1 in cell D10).
5. Select the cell, drag & drop the handle at the bottom right corner to fill
series down.
Issue:
The cells will be filled down with 1.
Expected result:
The cells will be filled down with increasing numbers.
PS: Without filter criteria appliying, the fill down works with drag & drop.
