sample file with English header/footer
1. create a ppt file in MS-PPT with date/time in footer in an english locale
machine. (sample file in attachment)
2. open the ppt in Aoo and save as odp.
3. Change the system locale to Chinese and change system date/time format to
Chinese.
4. relaunch Aoo, reopen the odp
Defect: the data/time format in footer is changed to Chinese format. It should
be the English format.
