Please blank all the Help files for Scottish Gaelic (gd) on the Pootle server
(https://translate.apache.org/). The reasons are as follows:
1) The current "content" is some automated pre-translate output i.e. gibberish
which would make translation more difficult
2) The Help files are unlikely to get translated in a hurry as they're NOT high
priority for our locale but having them showing near 80% completion gives a
wrong idea of completion and also the real danger that it might accidentally
get pushed into a release
