Summary: use-optimal-row-height results in rows that are not
                    high enough

        Issue Type: DEFECT
    Classification: Application
                OS: Windows 7
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: PC
            Status: UNCONFIRMED

sample ods file exhibiting problem

The attached ods file includes use-optimal-row-height="true"
It displays correctly under excel.
On a newly installed current version of open office some cells have a red arrow
indicating that the cell height is not adequate. Examples are A59, A7, B7, K7
If the spreadsheet is zoomed to 200% the problem goes away. So I suspect it is
just a rounding error.
