Build: 1380613 of branches/writer001
Steps:
1.Open attached doc file in AOO, the doc file was created by OpenOffice 1.1.
2. Save it as another doc format file.
3. close and reopen the new saved doc file in MS Word 2003.
Bug:
The TOC's position changed, it went down, and the following screenshot was in
its place. It seems that the real TOC exchange position with screenshot.
