Steps:
Open the sample file, check the number code in custom style mystyle-3
[BLUE]"￥"0#,##0.000;[RED]"￥"-0#,##0.000
After save the sample file to .ods it change to
[BLUE]"￥"#,#00.000;[RED]"￥-"#,#00.000
This change cause the value display incorrect in cell D31998:D32003
