steps:
1.launch OO and new a presentation
2.insert 2 title layout slide,and input some line text in title box
3.set bullet for the text in title box
4.switch to outline view,move cursor before the text on the first slide,then
move cursor before text on the second slide
defect:
when move cursor before text on the first slide,the increase/decrease button
disabled,
when move cursor before text on the second slide,the buttons become enabled.
