Raptor update
We currently ship a very old version of Redland and the Raptor library.
this is not particularly serious for UNIX systems as most linux and BSDs use
the system redland which comes with raptor2. Windows, and likely MacOSX, users
have remained stuck on the older versions.
Our system build depends on some hacks that are not possible in later versions
so it is difficult update properly all the redland libraries. Raptor 1.4.20,
however, was relatively easy to update and has some important advantages
(portability and performance) over the 1.4.18 version we carry:

I don't really use Windows so I hope someone else can test this.
