Running the .oxt file or installing using the extension manager does not create
the proper folders in the user path and fails. Error message : path does not
exist
c:\users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\OpenOffice.org\3\uno_packages\cache\uno_packages\svin5in.tmp_\arrows_3D_sg2327.oxt
does not exist. I checked the path : effectively, svin5in.tmp_ does not exist.
