Step to reproduce
1) Open a folder that contain .csv files
2) Open a some .csv file (should be apeared the import text dialog, click OK)
3) Open a folder that contain .csv files
4) Open another .csv file
After step 4, no action, the Import text dialog does not appear. You must click
on the openoffice calc icon on the task bar to the import text dialog box
appears.
