ALG: Do the following:
- Create a shape in draw/imporess, no linestyle, fill with color
- Make it 50% transparent
- export to emf/wmf
- insert from exported file
-> transparency is lost.
Reason is that emf/wmf export in svtools in emfwr/wmfwr.cxx doo not really
support META_TRANSPARENT_ACTION.
