The following happened both with OOo 3.3.0 Danish version and a totally newly
installed OOo 3.4.1 English version:
(Apache_OpenOffice_incubating_3.4.1_Win_x86_install_en-GB.exe)
When importing a text file with 33655 lines (about 4045 KB), only 21208
lines(=rows) gets imported, and I get the error message "The Maximum number of
rows has been exceeded. Excess rows were not imported!"
When importing a text file with 4251 lines (about 510 KB), only 2966
lines(=rows) gets imported, and I get the same error message.

Both files have 'Tab' separating the fields on each line.
I haven't attached the text files containing 4251 and 33655 lines respectively,
because they are kind of private, but the following is an example of a line
from the files:

It seems I can only add ONE attachment in this bug report, so the screen shots
