This is one of the uncompleted tasks from the migration of the website
from Oracle to Apache. We brought everything over. But not
everything was updated. As we add new languages to AOO, such as the 5
languages we're adding in 3.4.1 later this month, we should try to
keep the NL websites up-to-date.

Obviously the languages supported in the project are highest priority,
but I think we should try to get all of the NL pages to some basic
state of quality. Attracting users is one way to attract more
volunteers, and attracting more volunteers will help us serve more
users. So it is a virtuous cycle.

But before we make progress we should find out where we stand today,
our current status.

I've created a wiki page here, listing each of our NL pages, with some
suggested criteria for evaluating them:

https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOOUSERS/NL+Homepage+Audit

I could use some help evaluating these pages, a quick triage, to see
what our most urgent issues are. Obviously a native speaker is best,
but some of these issues can be found even using machine translation.
Most websites can be evaluated in 10 minutes or less.

So if you have a few minutes, and can lend a hand, we should be able
to finish this table within a week or two. After that we can
prioritize and take further actions.

If you don't have a wiki account yet, you can sign up for one on the
website. No special permission is required.

-Rob
