Ariel prepared a patch on April 15 to update it at
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=119229
but it seems it wasn't applied (probably shadowed by another patch in
the same issue). I've now applied it to trunk, see

Well, the best solution would be that you do exactly like you did for
0.6: upload the new release to the Extensions site and send a brief note
to this list (and you may really want to subscribe: traffic is low and
related to localization only) mentioning that we should include the
latest version from http://extensions.openoffice.org/en/node/1657/releases
Then we will update references in the code accordingly.
