This one will be taken as RC build. I am sorry I made one wrong and thoughts r1309668<http://people.apache.org/%7Ejsc/developer-snapshots/windows/r1309668/Apache_OpenOffice_incubating_3.4.0_Win_x86_install_en-US.exe>will be RC build. Nearly no difference between these two packages except for some lincese related. Windows build for r1310206 will be ready tomorrow per confirm.
