I was referring to horizontal scrolling indeed, but it is also the same
vertically.
In my case, using the scroll bar does still scroll in units of cell
width or hight. How did you adjust this?

Reading the original post again, I think Martin is referring to horizontal
scrolling. I have no problem with either horizontal or vertical scrolling.

I find that using the vertical scrollbar, especially the arrows at the top and
bottom, can scroll one row at a time. Does that resolve the issue?

Subject: Scrolling in spreadsheet
Dear List
Is it possible to set the scrolling behavior such that it does not scroll in
units of cells, but continuously? It's a bit incovenient to scroll, when
cells are large in width because then the screen is jumping significantly.
Thanks for any hints.

Hi
I share the question of Martin.
No, unfortunately, Terry, it doesn't . Even with these arrows, Scrolling is
still jumping exactly from cell to cell and this behavior is sometimes boring
when we use a wide zoom or tall cells (with many lines inside).
It doesn't seem possible to scroll *continuously* like we would do, for example
with a drawing page or a text.
thanks
