Unsubscribing from the ooo-dev list is similar to unsubscribing from ooo-user.
E-mail [email protected] from the e-mail you want to unsubscribe. Put in any simple subject (e.g., "Unsubscribe") and body (e.g., "Unsubscribe") to avoid any mail filters. Then check for a confirmation message and follow the instructions in that message. You might need to look in your spam folder if you have one. Also, check to make sure the unsubscribe message does not bounce. - Dennis -----Original Message----- From: John Boyle [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, January 02, 2012 12:52 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Problems with my Harbornet.com email On 1/1/2012 7:40 PM, Michael Adams wrote: > On Monday 02 January 2012 13:35, John Boyle wrote: >> To ALL: > [snip] > > You would be shocked to know how close we came to sacking someone who > did this type of dumb thoughtless thing recently on a mailing list. > Well, the indiscriminate use of TO: and CC: was a part of it. > > Please learn about BCC: for your own and everyone else's benefit. > http://bccplease.com/ > To ALL on the users for OpenOffice org: My apologies for not using BCC on the e-mail message I sent. It won't happen again, but I still have one problem and I cannot locate the information on how to unsubscribe from the DEV list. If someone would be so kind as to send me just that information, I will act on it!?:-[ --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected] --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
