I found that opening HTML files in Writer/Web depends on an an odd
setting in Tools - Options - Load/Save - General: you need to set
_Always save as_ to _Text (Writer/Web)_ instead of HTML. I'd prefer an
option to tell OOo to _load_ an HTML file with Writer/Web.

I add other remarks in the same thread :
in the menu Tools> Customize> tab Keyboard> Category Insert
there is a double entry (namesake)
Formula (should be "Math Formula")
Formula (should be "Calc Formula") [F2]
It's only a third level menu accessed by any end-user. May be it could be a
good idea to indicate rights entries.
