I am running OpenOffice 3.3 on Windows XP Home Edition. I have been using OO for several years.
I created an odt document a few months ago (30 pages of text and a few imbedded jpgs). I don't remember if I already had Open Office 3.3 back then or its predecessor. Today I modified the file using OO Writer and saved the changes. Now I cannot open the file any longer. When I try, OO Writer displays the bottom of the file and accepts no input, not even to the scroll bars. The cursor changes to 'busy' and the top line of the window indicates that the applications does not respond. What can I do? If anybody would like to try, I can send you the file. I cannot post it to a broad audience for commercial reasons. Thanks.
