Based on recent discussions on ooo-dev, the plan is to refer users to this list
for any issues that they desire to report/discuss. The web site will reflect
that preference eventually.

This will be a better place to obtain clarification and then provide support
for creation of an issue report if that is called for.

Lívio,

It would be helpful to know the exact version of OpenOffice.org where it
worked, including on what computer and operating system. It is also important
to know the same thing for the version of OOo 3.3 that you are using where it
doesn't work. If you downloaded OOo 3.3, the name of the file is also useful.

I did a search on Bugzilla and you might look over these:

 i107064: https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=107064
 i109583: https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=109583
 i103506: https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=103506
 i103504: https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=103504
          (has a related test document)
  i63806: https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=63806

For a new bug report, if needed, it is valuable to have the version information
requested above. It is also valuable to have
 1. A summary of the steps for demonstrating the defect
 2. A specimen document and data that exposes the defect (documents can be
loaded as attachments to issue descriptions).
