Rob, I may be late to the table on my response, but I *do* have an opinion:
style B, with clickable links embedded to provide relevant detail or
resources, would be my personal strong preference. There may be topics /
areas where the bullet-point style used in the A variations may make more
sense / better convey a step-by-step solution to the referenced issue(s),
however.
