[Calc] "Spacing to contents" doesn't work properly

Hey!

If I set "Spacing to contents" in Format Cells => Borders to 1,35mm, exit,
and re-enter, OOo (3.3.0) will have changed it to 1,36mm. If I set it to
1,10mm, it will change to 1,09mm. Does anybody know why this is?
