template, and select Set as default template. Close the dialog.
The next time you open a new spreadsheet, the columns should be 2.50cm.

Inserting a new Table or new columns results in column width 2,27.
The behavior is not exactly brilliant.
As I wrote, I have no problem with column width and I don't see any
sense changing this.
