Hello, I just heard of PrintEco - http://printecosoftware.com/ - a nifty* utility that effectively compresses printouts so you can save paper. (You can always still opt for the original printout in any case.)
It's made for the Microsoft Office Suite** - Does it also work with OpenOffice/LibreOffice? [*] And, for individual users, free on a limited basis.
