See the first of the "Known issues" at https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOOUSERS/AOO+3.4.1+Release+Notes : just reset your user profile and dictionaries will work again. And yes, remember that 3.4.1 it's still pre-release software, so please do expect and report problems!
