That android based desktop is, of course, GNU/Linux ;)

If those desktops are available OTC as a turnkey platform to rival MS Wiindows then that is a different story.

If you are talking about a OS that has little marketshare and not available OTC as a turnkey platform, then I don't think it is worth the efforts of AOO programmers for such a niche market.
