We have been asking everyone to register on the conference by the 27th, the procedure is posted on the site. based on registration we will generate list for the Parliament, we should give them the final list in advance, teh latest is the 30th of August. The entrance is from the Margit Bridge, Northern part. I think lap tops are fine, at least I was told by several people, no documentary evidence. By the 30th we will know all the details. Is it on the Danube side? The other side? If I arrive at the wrong entrance it looks like it would take 30 minutes to walk around the building. So I'd like to get it right the first time.
And will it be clear where to go from there? Also, do we need to check in at the conference site first to get our name badges? Or may we go directly to the opening ceremonies first?
