[OOPS] TCP_ERROR (?)

Hi,

I have some strange Problem:
969012833.000 545 172.16.4.125 TCP_ERROR/200 2357 GET http://www.launch.com/ - D
IRECT/www.launch.com text/html
969013053.000 558 172.16.4.141 TCP_ERROR/200 1729 GET http://www.launch.com/ - D
IRECT/www.launch.com text/html
969013200.000 562 172.16.4.125 TCP_ERROR/200 2202 GET http://www.launch.com/ - D
IRECT/www.launch.com text/html
969013353.000 562 172.16.4.204 TCP_ERROR/200 2357 GET http://www.launch.com/ - D
IRECT/www.launch.com text/html

[1] Where is docs about these [error] messages, and
[2] Some other clients also from 172.16.4/24 can retrieve the
 same page, at the very same time w/o any Problem

ymusic/pvn_content/1,3443,true,00.html - NONE/www.launch.com text/html

It seems to be Client depended somehow, cause it's alawys the same
client, which cant retrieve the page, no time dependencies

Thoughts? Help?
