This can happens if db was opened incorrectly (either path to database, or
db engine, e.g. gigabase instead of BerkeleyDB is incorrect). Can you do
clean install and repeat problem?

This is strange... I tried to reproduce problem, but without success. Maybe
some differences in config. Can you send me, pleese, your oops.cfg?
