Yes. Fixed in ChangeLog. These days I moved forward with Russian version of
documentation.

Actually you can reformat storages without interrupting service. This
require three steps:

1) Edit current oops.cfg to comment out all storaga sections.
2) oopsctl reconfigure. Now oops continue to run without storages.
3) copy your oops.cfg to some temporary config, uncomment storage sections,
   comment out pidfile option, run oops -z -c new.oops.cfg
4) In your original oops.cfg uncomment back storages and again do
   reconfigure. It will now run with new storages.

This all sounds tricky, but the main idea is simple: running oops have to
leave storages, then prepare new storages, then connect running oops to new
storages.
