Anyway, I don't know how it could be any more clear:

Request Hit Ratios is the 5 minute and 60 minute averages for percentage 
of requests that are hits.

Byte Hit Ratios is the same for the percentage of bytes that came from hits.

Request Memory Hit Ratios is the percentage of requests that were hits 
that came from memory (RAM).

Request Disk Hit Ratios is the percentage of requests that were hits 
that came from disk.
