Option 2 is what I was picturing, with rxwinsys, ooDialog, ole, and
orxscrpt in platform directories under extensions.  I hadn't given
much thought to rexxhide, but I think that is better in the utilities
directory.

Something like RexxGTK might take a little thought.  Really the only
Windows specific thing is the make file and I don't see why that would
need to go into a platform subdirectory.
